Wishpond Technologies CEO Ali Tajskandar joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has made their 4th acquisition this year bringing SMS marketing company WinBack into the fold.

Tajskandar telling Proactive WinBack offers an SMS platform for small-medium-sized businesses with a focus on providing cart abandonment solutions. WinBack is currently an exclusive app to Shopify.  The company feels this will add create a higher value product to their customers, resulting in higher monthly recurring revenue.
