Our Text Messaging Program
Wishpond Technologies Ltd. operates a customer care text messaging program. Our representatives use it to follow up on enquiries, answer questions, confirm meetings, and support clients through their existing relationship with us.
Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Wishpond.
How You Consent to Receive Text Messages
You consent to receive text messages from Wishpond when you provide your mobile phone number to us in any of the following ways: by submitting it on a form on our website, by giving it verbally to a Wishpond representative during a call, or in the course of your existing business relationship with us.
Messages relate to your enquiry, your account, and the services you have asked us about. They may be sent by automated means.
Mobile opt-in information and the consent associated with it are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. A conversation with a Wishpond representative typically involves a small number of messages. We do not send recurring automated message campaigns through this program.
Cost
Wishpond does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to the plan you hold with your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your account or your ability to contact us by phone or email.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network conditions.
