The Free Travel Guide Popup Campaign is an easy way to build your email list and turn your website visitors into leads for your hotel/resort.
When a person lands on your website, the popup appears. It asks them to enter their email to get a free travel guide to help them plan their next vacation. They type their email address into the form field and click the sign up button. This then shows them to the Thank You View of the popup. There, they can click a button to download the travel guide. This then adds them to your email list.
You’ll then be able to send them follow-up offers and promotions via email to turn them into customers.
Step 1: A person visits your hotel/resort website
A person visits a page on your website and the popup is triggered.
Step 2: The Free Travel Guide Popup appears
The popup appears as an overlay on the page on your website. The visitor types in their email and clicks the submit button.
Step 3: The person is taken to the Thank You View
After the visitor completes the form, they’re taken to the Thank You View. There, they’ll see a thank you message and a button to click to download the guide.

How to Create this Campaign in Wishpond
The Free Travel Guide Popup Campaign is available for free on all plans in Wishpond. Here’s how to use it:
- Sign up for a Wishpond account.
