The Free Home Estimate Campaign is a powerful way to build your email list and get new leads. In the Campaign, you offer people an evaluation of what their home is worth for free. It’s built to be bold and easy for people to sign up. The sign up form is displayed in the middle of the page where people can easily type in their contact info to register for their free estimate.

You can then follow-up with them by email or phone to give them a home estimate and turn them into clients.

The Free Home Estimate Campaign has 3 steps:

Advertise to people when they search for a home value estimate in you area to drive them to the Signup Page.

On the Signup Page, people type in their Name, Email and Phone Number to sign up for a free estimate of their home.

On the Thank You Page, people see a message that confirms they’ve signed up and a message that tells them what will happen next.

Step 1: Google Adwords Ad

Google Adwords Ads make it easy for you to promote your home value estimate to people when they search for it on Google.

    1. Headline

    In the first part of the Headline, show text that the person is likely to be thinking when they’re searching for a home value estimate: How much is my home worth?. This will make them feel like the Ad is personally relevant to them, and make it more likely that they’ll click. In the second part of the Headline, Free Home Value Estimate, show a call-to-action. This tells people exactly what they will get when they click on the Ad, making it more likely for them to do so.

    2. Display URL Path

How to create this Campaign in Wishpond

The Free Home Estimate Campaign is available for free on any plan in Wishpond. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Sign up for a Wishpond account.
  2. Select Real Estate as your Industry
  3. In the Campaigns Dashboard, and click on Free Home Estimate.
    • This will take you to the Campaign Builder where you can edit the Sign Up Page and Thank You Page. They will look exactly the same as they do above, and you’ll be able to edit and style them however you like.
