Prize Competition - Rules

1.Entry to the free prize draw is open to UK residents, excluding Northern Ireland.
2.Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
3.The closing date for this prize completion is 13/07/2014. Entries will be accepted on or before this date not after.
4. Entrants must be registered on Twitter to enter the competition.
5.No purchase is necessary in order to enter this free competition.
6.Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, corrupted entries or those not submitted in accordance with the rules, will be invalid and disqualified.
7.Only one person per entry and up to 5 enteries per person will be entered into the competition
8.There is only one prize available.
9.The winner will win a prize of a £100 gift card, which can be used throughout the UK.  There is no alternative prize and no interest is payable unless covered by clause 17.
10.The prize is non-transferable.
11.The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity or residence.
12.Not open to employees of Totemic Limited (or their immediate families).
13.Entrants are invited to enter the draw must be completed online via Twitter but the closing date stated in clause 3.
14.The promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or the website due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.
15.It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes.  This will only be in summary, e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
16.The gift card must be used in accordance with  regulations of the chosen gift card.
17.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Payplan reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
18.The draw will take place the week commencing 14/07/2014 The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges by whose decision shall be final.
19.There shall be at least one judge independent of Payplan and any promoters, and the identity of that Judge may be given in the competition instructions.
20.If, in the opinion of the Judges, the principle of fairness has been corrupted they can declare any entries invalid, void the competition, change the competition instructions, or adjust the entries to achieve fairness, as they think fit.
21.The decision of the Judges over every instance shall be final and undisputable and at their absolute discretion.
22.No correspondence or comment will be issued on any matters concerning this competition and no reasons given for any decisions made by the Judges shall be given.
23.Notification of winning:  The winner will be notified by the 31/07/2014 at the latest and the prize posted to a requested UK postal address.
24.If a prize is unclaimed and all reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then they will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.  A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize.
25.The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or redraw the competition at its own discretion.
26.Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy of Payplan, which may be found on the Payplan website.
27.The promoter of the Prize Competition is Totemic Limited, Kempton House, Kempton Way. Dysart Road. Grantham.  NG31 7LE.  Payplan trading as Totemic Limited.
28.The entrant confirms that they will not publish or post to any website or other media operated by Payplan trading as Totemic Limited or related to the Draw or the Event any text, statement, photograph, image or other material which is obscene, defamatory, infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any company within the Totemic Group or any third parties or is otherwise unlawful, offensive or inappropriate.  Payplan will have the right to remove any material at its discretion and take appropriate legal action against any person found to be or alleged to be in breach of this clause.
29.The term “Payplan” is a registered trade mark and the entrant acknowledges and agrees that the trade mark cannot be copied or used in any way without the prior written consent of Payplan.
30.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising there from.
