2 pieces of bread toasted, pickle slices, sliced onion, mayo and horseradish sauce.
season pork medalions well with salt, pepper, garlic powder and pepper flakes wrap in plastic wrap and pound down with meat tenderizer. Heat grill to about 375 toss on the medalions about 4min each side. While pork is grilling, toast your bread spread on the mayo and horseradish sauce. Add your pork tenderloin top with pickles and onions and pound it down
