*Terms and conditions

1. Guests are required to attend and complete a compulsory 90 minutes Club Showcase session during their stay, which highlights the benefits of Club Wyndham Asia as an innovative, affordable and flexible vacation ownership membership. At the Club showcase, guests will be made an offer to purchase our product. However, guests are under no obligation to purchase anything.
2. Club Wyndham holiday packages are designed for
      a. Singles;
      b. Couples who are married, engaged, in a relationship and/or sharing a residence;
      c. Minimum combined annual household income of 130,000 THB per month; and
      d. Between 28 to 65 years of age.
3. For couples, both parties must travel and complete the Club Wyndham showcase session together. Upon booking over the phone, we shall require guest’s verbal confirmation on the qualifying criteria and no supporting documents will be collected. 
4. Members need to accurately quote their FlyerBonus Membership Number and state their intention to collect Bonus FlyerBonus points every time a reservation is made.Members who are unable to provide their membership number at the time of reservation will not earn FlyerBonus points. Missing bonus points cannot be claimed retroactively.
5. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your points to be credited to your frequent flyer account (post-activity).
6. Advance reservation is required in order to get the offer. Bookings and enquiries must be made via Wyndham’s Call Centre at +66 76 346 752 or email at Asia.Minivacs@wyn.com. Wyndham’s consultants will get in touch to confirm dates and make reservations.
7. The offer is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. No refund is available for unused package inclusions. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
8. By contacting Club Wyndham Asia, you agree to allow the information collected to be used by Club Wyndham Asia and its group of companies to contact you for the booking arrangements, and to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, until you opt out by sending your request to Asia.Minivacs@wyn.com.
9. Black out period during 20 December 2019 - 10 January 2020.

1. ข้อเสนอนี้เป็นการเรียนเชิญลูกค้าที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขให้มาสัมผัสประสบการณ์ของคลับวินแดมเอเชีย, ราคาพิเศษนี้มอบให้เฉพาะท่านที่เข้าร่วมฟังการนำเสนอการส่งเสริมการขายรายการธุรกิจเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ร่วมของคลับวินแดมเอเชียในระหว่างเข้าพักเป็นเวลา 90 นาที โดยไม่มีข้อผูกมัดว่าจะต้องซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ใดๆทั้งสิ้น
2. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ออกแบบมาสำหรับท่านที่มีคุณสมบัติดังนี้ 1. โสด; 2. คู่สมรส; 3. มีรายได้ในครัวเรือนขั้นต่ำ 130,000 บาท/เดือน และ .4 มีอายุระหว่าง 28 – 65 ปี
3. หากสมรสแล้วหรือใช้ชีวิตคู่อย่างคู่สมรสจะต้องเข้าร่วมฟังการนำเสนอการส่งเสริมการขายทั้งสองท่าน ทางคลับวินแดมจะไม่ขอเอกสารใดๆจากลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันคุณสมบัติในการรับสิทธิ์
4. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าพักไม่สามารถระบุหมายเลขสมาชิก จะไม่ได้รับคะแนนตามข้อกำหนดและไม่สามารถเรียกร้องคะแนนย้อนหลังได้
5. คะแนนสะสมจะได้รับการบันทึกภายใน 4-6 สัปดาห์หลังจากเข้าพัก
6. สมาชิกต้องสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าพัก และต้องทำการจองผ่านเจ้าหน้าที่ Call Center ของคลับวินแดมเอเชียเท่านั้น ที่เบอร์ +66 76 346 752 หรือทางอีเมลล์ Asia.Minivacs@wyn.com เจ้าหน้าที่จะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันการจอง
7. ข้อเสนอดังกล่าวไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ ไม่สามารถโอนมอบสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น และไม่สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้ ข้อเสนอนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ส่วนลด หรือแพ็กเกจอื่น ๆ
8. หากมีการลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ สมาชิกยินยอมให้คลับวินแดมเอเชียติดต่อเพื่อยืนยันการจองห้องพักและนำเสนอโปรโมชั่นของคลับวินแดมเชียและบริษัทในเครือวินแดมวาเคชั่นรีสอร์ทประเทศไทย จนกว่าจะมีความประสงค์แจ้งยกเลิกผ่านทาง Asia.Minivacs@wyn.com
9. สงวนสิทธิ์เข้าพักระหว่างวันที่ 20 ธ.ค. 2563 - 10 ม.ค. 2564
