Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in tech support (SaaS experience strongly beneficial)
- Knowledge of basic CSS, HTML and JS
- Excellent written communication skills backed up by the ability to multitask and type quickly
- Attentive personality combined with a willingness to listen, analyze and help
- An interest in digital marketing as a field of study
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn new skills, learn and grow as an industry professional
- Experience with other marketing automation and landing page platforms a plus
- Knowledge of SPANISH language is an asset
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide excellent customer support through live chat / phone / email
- Manage / submit / review support tickets and communicate with the development team
- Help to achieve target customer satisfaction objectives
- Go above and beyond to keep clients happy and engaged
- Assist with any additional duties related to customer support
